WHR(P) "18th" Civils Week July/Aug '08

My son Robert joined me for this working visit, the 18th Civils Week, which took in a point installation, upgrading rail through Pen-y-Mount halt to 75lb on baseplates and extending the new platform. For our traditional Wednesday treat we were granted special permission to walk the construction site from the end of our operating line on Phase4 to the site of the "Osprey loop" at Pont Croesor.
